This California Privacy Notice at Collection (“Notice at Collection”) supplements the INX International Ink Co. (“INX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) Global Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) information collected through our websites (www.INXinternational.com, INXjetdigital.com, triangleinx.com, and https://www.ruco-druckfarben.de), INX mobile apps and electronic communications, our interactions with you at trade shows, and other INX online products and services that display or link to this Privacy Statement (collectively, our "online services").
This Notice at Collection applies to those visitors or users of our website who are residents of California, as required under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). This Privacy Statement also applies to information shared with us by our approved partners and information we gather or collect from other third-party sources, such as ZoomInfo, which may provide business contact information, prospecting lists, and website visitor analytics for marketing and outreach purposes. Business contact lists may include information about individuals who have not interacted directly with our website or services.
This Notice at Collection provides key information about how we collect and use personal information. Terms used in this Notice at Collection have the meaning ascribed to them in the CCPA.

Retention of Personal Information
We will only retain the categories of Personal Information described above for as long as is needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. For example, we may require it for our business purposes, to perform our contractual obligations, or where law or regulation obliges us to do so. We will generally retain your Personal Information throughout the lifecycle of your relationship with us. Some Personal Information will be retained after your relationship with us ends. We expect to delete your Personal Information (at the latest) once there is no longer any local, state, federal, and other legal requirement or legitimate business purpose for retaining your Personal Information.
Your Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration or as that term is traditionally defined. However, we do engage in certain activities related to marketing, advertising and data analytics that could be a “sale” of personal information under the CCPA, including the use of services such as ZoomInfo to collect business-related visitor data for marketing and lead generation purposes. You have the right to opt-out of the sharing of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. You can exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the footer of our Site or through an opt-out preference signal, such as a “Global Privacy Control”. If you choose to exercise this right through an opt-out preference signal and we detect such a signal, it will be honored. If you submit a request to opt-out, including through an opt-out preference signal, after you have agreed to our sale or sharing of Personal Information, we will opt you out of any further sale or sharing of Personal Information.
