Sheetfed and Web Offset

INXCure™ UVXcel OSF Process Inks

INXCure UVXcel OSF process inks are UV curable inks that are suitable for high-end sheetfed applications. They have been formulated for exceptional performance at high printing speeds and comply with ISO 2846-1 for shade and are suitable for the GRACoL G7 certification process.

INXCure™ UV WebXcel process Inks

100 percent reactive UV inks that are suitable for web applications. They have been formulated for exceptional performance at high printing speeds.

LED and Low Energy

INXCure™ LW (Long Wave) OSF Inks

Formulated to cure using various types of additive and longer wavelength UV and LED lamp technologies, along with standard UV, this would include LED (Light Emitting Diode) bulbs and the new iron-doped additive lamps being offered by the top press manufactures. They are 100 percent reactive and have excellent cure response to print at maximum press speeds. The inks cure with as little as one UV LED UV or low energy lamp, consuming less electricity, while virtually eliminating the heat and odor associated with traditional UV curing. They are suitable for a variety of coated and uncoated paper stocks, coated board stocks, foil stocks, and metallized paper.


Letterpress

INXCure™ UV Letterpress Inks

Designed for superior tag and label printing and formulated to be benzophenone and ITX free with excellent flow and transfer properties, they are suitable for all types of letterpress applications.


Flexographic

INXFlex™ Contour™ UV Flexographic Inks

INXFlex Contour are UV curable flexo inks specifically engineered for shrink sleeve applications with heavy ink coverage. They are suitable for most tag & label, pressure sensitive, and in-mold label applications, and can be cured with both traditional UV or LED lamps. They have been formulated to be benzophenone free. They provide minimal plate swell and have good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

INXFlex™ UV Flexographic Inks

INXFlex UV Flexographic inks are formulated to provide minimal plate swell on most tag & label, pressure sensitive, shrink and in-mold label applications. Formulated to be benzophenone and ITX free, they are an ultra-low viscosity pourable system that can be printed with aniloxes up to 1800-line screen with 1.0-1.2 BCM. They provide good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates while being V-pyrol free.

GelFlex-EB Electron Beam Flexographic Inks

Gelflex-EB inks help brand owners and printers achieve their sustainability goals by reducing or eliminating lamination layers in favor of surface print. They are ultra-high solid, gel-based inks which are fluid enough for CI flexographic printing, but thicken rapidly, providing effective high-speed ink trapping in the wet state. With Gelflex-EB you can produce a wide array of eye-catching print designs using multi-colored palettes as well as various tactile packaging surfaces.


Hybrid

Fusion™ UV Hybrid

Fusion UV Hybrid inks are unsurpassed in the marketplace and offer a cure response equal to 100 percent reactive inks, expanded water window, and enhanced transfer over other hybrid systems. They may be run on conventional presses using roller company approved rollers and unlike other hybrid inks, Fusion eliminates the need for roller conditioning and special press configurations due to its special vehicle formulation. They have exceptional adhesion on synthetic substrates and run well with or without inline UV or aqueous coatings. Fusion inks qualify for the ASA Soy Ink Seal.


Electron Beam

INXCure™ EB Web FTP NSO Process Inks

A unique electron beam curable ink system that has been specifically formulated for indirect food packaging applications, they are engineered to work well on film-to-paper and film-to-film laminate constructions. INXCure EB inks qualify for the Soy Ink Seal and are compliant with the Swiss Ordinance 817.023.21, the EuPIA inventory list, the directive 2002/72/EC and subsequent amendments, commission regulations (EC) 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 and the Resolution of Council of Europe on packaging inks AP(2005)2.


Plastic

INXCure™ UV Rigid Container Inks

A 100 percent reactive UV curable system suitable for printing on rigid plastic, such as dairy containers, cups and most other decorative plastic and Styrofoam packaging, the system is formulated to offer high strength and superb flow for vibrant colors with excellent color consistency. The inks are also environmentally friendly.

INXhrc™ UV RC Natural-based Inks

INXhrc is formulated to replace petrochemically derived materials to the greatest extent possible with renewable, naturally-occurring bio-sourced materials without sacrificing machine, processing or end-use product performance. The natural-based UV inks are 100 percent reactive and suitable for printing on rigid plastic, such as dairy containers, cups, and most other decorative plastic and Styrofoam packaging. The system is formulated to offer high strength and superb flow for vibrant colors with excellent color consistency. The inks are environmentally friendly; they have been formulated without VOC solvents.


Plastic Lamination

INXCure™ UV Plastic Lamination LT (Low Tack) Process Inks

A 100 percent reactive UV system suitable for most lamination applications such as credit cards. Formulated to minimize marking and/or scuffing during handling, the inks offer increased lamination pull values and decreased de-lamination properties. They may be applied lithographically or dry offset.


Low Migration Packaging Inks and Coatings

With research and development, product stewardship, and quality all working together, INX provides assurance that our sensitive application packaging inks are of the highest quality and safe for their intended use. Our low migration inks and coatings are designed to meet global food packaging requirements. 


UV Coatings

ProCure™ Energy Curable Coatings

Our ProCure line of energy curable (UV, LED, HUV, EB) coatings are designed to be fast curing with superior finish, providing quick turnaround times and smooth, defect-free surfaces. The high-performance coatings have excellent flexibility, adhesion properties, depth of gloss, and clarity. They offer a wide variety of properties including high gloss, rub, chemical moisture and fade resistance, low odor, laser safe, foil stampability, and more. UV adhesives, overprint varnishes, and strike-through coatings are also part of the INX offering. Our product line includes aqueous, energy curable and specialty coatings as well as over-print varnishes all manufactured in our state-of-the art Homewood, Illinois facility.


Special Effects Inks and Coatings

Brand-differentiating special effects made possible with INX inks and coatings yield finishing characteristics that appeal to the senses and enhance shelf appeal. Applications like cold foil adhesives, cast & cure, textured coatings, soft touch, pearlescent, high contrast gloss, and metallic are all possible with INX technologies. Our special effects technologies include: freshness indicators, photochromic sunlight inks, high-velocity thermochromatic ink, thermo ink for tabs, crowns and closures, and reveal inks.
