We love to be transparent and we want you to be aware of what you should expect after you apply with us. Below is the hiring process you can expect.
Step 1
APPLY
Candidates have greater chances of success when their experience strongly matches our job requirements. Make sure that your skills and accomplishments are aligned to the job requirements. After you submit your application, keep an eye on your messages. We love to get intouch.
Step 2
REVIEW
Your application will be reviewed by one of our recruiters who is assigned to the position and familiar with that segment. Even if you applied for one position, we may consider you for multiple opportunities. If it is the case, again, we will get in touch and check if you are interested.
Step 3
INTERVIEW
Our interviewing process is intended to bring confidence to everyone and to minimize bias. Steps may vary but typically will include a phone screen and hiring manager interview(s). Throughout the interview process, feel free to ask your interviewer(s) for clarification to make sure you fully understand their questions. And, feel free to interview us, too. Ask questions—about the work, about the team, about the culture—that will help you decide whether the job will be right for you. Our goal is to figure out the best match for us and for you. We want you to succeed in our environment. Right after your interview(s) we will get in touch, because we want your feedback.
Step 4
DECISION PROCESS
During the hiring process, we try hard to make a decision quickly. Sometimes, due to a busy time or some other external factors, we may experience a delay in our process. In any case, our communication with you is a priority, so guess what? We will be in touch to let you know exactly what is going on. Remember, we are passionate about what we do, and you are our priority.
Step 5
OFFER
If we mutually think that it will be a great fit, stay in close touch with your recruiter who will send you your offer letter and will guide you smoothly through the process, step bystep.
Step 6
SCREENING
We conduct background checks and drug screening before you can start. Our employment offer is contingent upon satisfactory results of both screenings and we will communicate with you clearly throughout this process.
Step 7
ONBOARDING
Once you have accepted your offer letter and your screenings are cleared, your onboarding will start! Our team will walk you through the steps and requirements, making sure you get ready for your first day and you are set to shine!
